8. Production and Delivery
Most companion dolls are made to order. Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for completing any destination customs or import requirements.
9. Customs and Import Compliance
You are responsible for confirming that the product may be legally imported, possessed and used in the destination jurisdiction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges and destination fees are the customer’s responsibility.
